Evaluating the CX/UX in Saudi governments

I was overjoyed that God had given me the chance to oversee the Digital CX/UX project for the years 2023–2024 for the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in Saudi Arabia. This project is related to developing a CX/UX framework that assesses the maturity level of over 25 government entities and over 30 government platforms.
