We began with comprehensive research to understand the needs and pain points of our target users, including farmers, buyers, and service providers. By conducting surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis, we gathered valuable insights that shaped our design direction. In the ideation phase, we brainstormed various features and functionalities to address the challenges identified during research.
