Solutions

1. Intuitive Admin Dashboard
We redesigned the Admin Panel to be more user-friendly and intuitive. Teachers can now easily create, customize, and manage contests with minimal effort. Visual aids like charts and tables provide clear insights into student performance, making data monitoring straightforward and efficient.
2. Enhanced Student Application Experience
The student mobile app was overhauled to offer a more engaging and user-friendly experience. Features like easy performance tracking, daily activity recording, and competitive elements were enhanced to keep students motivated and involved.

3. Robust Performance Analytics
We introduced comprehensive performance analytics for both teachers and students. Teachers can monitor individual and group achievements through detailed reports, while students can track their progress via engaging graphs and charts.
4. Gamification Elements
To boost engagement, we incorporated gamification elements such as badges, leaderboards, and rewards. These features make the learning process more fun and motivating for students, encouraging continuous participation.

The Process
1. Research
2. Ideate
3. Design
4. Prototype
1. Research
In the research phase, we conducted extensive user interviews and surveys with teachers and students to understand their needs and pain points. We also analyzed user behavior data from the existing platform to identify key areas for improvement. This comprehensive approach ensured that our redesign would address real user challenges and enhance the overall user experience.
2. Ideate
During the ideation phase, we brainstormed various solutions based on our research findings. We generated multiple concepts for improving the Admin Panel and student app, focusing on usability, engagement, and accessibility. Collaborative workshops with stakeholders helped us refine these ideas and prioritize features that would have the most significant impact.
3. Design
The design phase involved creating high-fidelity mockups that brought our wireframes to life. We focused on a clean, modern aesthetic that aligned with Wird’s educational purpose. Consistent visual elements, intuitive navigation, and engaging graphics were incorporated to enhance the user experience for both teachers and students.

4. Prototype
In the prototyping phase, we developed interactive prototypes of the redesigned Admin Panel and student app. These prototypes allowed us to conduct usability testing and gather valuable feedback from users. Iterative testing and refinement ensured that the final design was both functional and delightful to use.

Summary
The redesign of Wird App was a comprehensive project that focused on improving usability and engagement for teachers and students alike. By leveraging user research, ideation, wireframing, design, and prototyping, we created a platform that is intuitive, engaging, and accessible. The successful implementation of our solutions has led to increased satisfaction, participation, and performance across the board, solidifying Wird’s role in enhancing the educational experience.
